1. Refund Eligibility
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase, provided they have not exceeded the fair usage limits and have not violated our Terms of Service.

3. Razorpay International Payment Processing
Global Payment Support
We use Razorpay's international payment gateway to process payments from customers worldwide. This ensures secure, fast, and reliable payment processing for all international transactions.

All prices are displayed in USD, but Razorpay automatically converts payments to your local currency using current exchange rates. You may see additional fees from your bank for international transactions.

4. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours.
Cancellation Notice Period
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For annual subscriptions, you may cancel anytime, and we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused months.
Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for account reactivation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
5. Pro-rated Refunds
Calculation Method
Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your service period. The refund amount is determined by the number of days remaining in your billing cycle.
Example Calculation
If you cancel a $10/month service on day 15 of a 30-day month, you would receive a refund of approximately $5 (15 days remaining ÷ 30 days × $10).
Minimum Refund Amount
Refunds less than $1.00 may not be processed due to processing fees. In such cases, the amount will be credited to your account for future use.
